ToonBiz The business side of RocketToons
Powered by Misan Morrison

How to Use ToonBiz

ToonBiz is the business side of your RocketToons AI toons: what an episode costs, what to charge for it, and whether a channel is paying off. Everything runs in your browser. Start with Credit Counter if you are about to render, Quote Desk if you want to sell toons to clients, or Channel Runway if you are building your own channel. Each tab stands on its own with sensible defaults.

0 Before you start

Every tool works the same way: change the inputs on the left and the result updates on the right. Nothing is sent anywhere.

  1. Press Save on any tool to keep that run in the Saved list under it. Press Open on a saved row to put the inputs and the result back exactly as they were, or Delete to remove it.
  2. Press Copy to copy the result as plain text.
  3. Where a tool can reuse a number from another tool, it has an optional Pull button. You never have to use one.
  4. Your last inputs on every tool are remembered automatically when you close the tab.

1 Credit Counter

Know exactly what an episode costs before you press render. The rate card used everywhere: video 4 credits per second, still image 1 credit, AI-composed score 10 credits. Story, voices, captions and exports are free.

Episode Credit Calculator

  1. Choose your Plan. Leave Credits left (blank = full plan) empty to count from the full plan, or type what your account shows now.
  2. Fill Scenes, Seconds per scene, Stills per scene, Clips to re-render and set AI-composed score.
  3. Read credits per episode, the breakdown, the percent of your balance, episodes left and the seconds of video your balance buys. Then Save or Copy.

Plan & Runway Comparator

  1. Enter Episodes per month, Seconds per episode, Credits per episode (or press Pull credits per episode) and Months credits should last.
  2. Compare Commercial, Commercial + Elite and Bundle side by side. It is a comparison only and never pushes an upgrade. Credits are one-time with no monthly top-up. Save or Copy the comparison.

Credit Ledger

  1. Set Starting balance (blank uses the calculator balance, or press Pull balance from calculator).
  2. For each finished episode fill Episode name, Estimated credits, Actual credits and press Add Entry. Use Remove on a row to take it out.
  3. Read balance, estimate variance, average actual and episodes left at your real spend. Save stores a ledger snapshot.

2 Quote Desk

Turn "sell every toon you make" into a number, a package and a first message.

Client Price Calculator

  1. Pick Client type and Deliverable, then set Revision rounds (+10% per round beyond 1), Rush delivery (+25%) and Paid ads usage (+35%).
  2. Enter Credits per video, Cost per credit ($) and Hours you'll spend to see your cost, margin and hourly rate. The base prices are editable assumptions anchored near the vendor's sample payments, not benchmarks.
  3. You get a target price plus a low and a premium option. Save or Copy it.

Package & One-Page Proposal Builder

  1. Fill Your name / studio, Client contact, Client business, What the videos are for, Video type and Payment terms.
  2. Type the Single-video price ($) or press Pull price from Client Price Calculator.
  3. Check the Good, Better (recommended) and Best packages, then Print, Save or Copy. It is a scope-and-price sheet, not a contract and not legal advice.

Pitch & Objection Writer

  1. Fill Your name, Client first name, Business name, Client type, What you're offering, Price ($) and choose Message type (Email or DM). Add Something you noticed (optional) to make it personal.
  2. Copy the first message, the day-3 follow-up, the day-7 nudge and the four objection replies. Save keeps the set.

3 Channel Runway

From "grab 0.001% of 66.5B views" to a plan you can run on the credits you have.

Slice-to-Income Reality Check

  1. Choose your Niche, set Episodes per week and Monthly income goal ($).
  2. Adjust the view mix percentages and the RPM per 1,000 views for each platform. Replace the RPMs with your own analytics as soon as you have them.
  3. See revenue for 0.001%, 0.01% and 0.1% slices of 66.5B views, the yearly views your goal needs and the views per episode that implies. This is illustrative, not a promise.

Series Cadence Planner

  1. Set First publish date, Episodes per week, Credits per episode and Credits you have now (or use Pull credits per episode and Pull credits left).
  2. Tick the formats and platforms you will use. You get a 12-week grid, posts per episode and the date of the first episode you cannot afford. It plans only; it does not post or schedule. Print it if you like.

Channel Scoreboard

  1. Set Required views per episode (or Pull required views per episode) and Cost per credit ($).
  2. Log each episode with Series, Platform, Date, Views, Credits used and press Add Entry.
  3. Each series gets average views, average credits, cost per 1,000 views and a verdict: Too early (fewer than 3 episodes), Keep, Change or Stop.

One thing to know

Everything you save lives in this browser only (no account, no sync), so it will not appear on another device or after clearing site data. A note on credits: the vendor's pages are inconsistent about what 1,000 credits buys (5, 10 or 15 second clips). Only 5 seconds matches the 4 credits per second rate card, so ToonBiz uses the rate card. The revenue and pricing tools are planning aids with editable assumptions, not guarantees.
